1. Which Payment Methods can I use?

We offer 9 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay as well as many different local payment methods. 

2. Refunds & Cancellations

From the day you receive your order you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging.

3. What if my order arrives and it doesn't fit me?

Don't worry we got your back! Just reach out our dedicated customer service team at support@romerepublic.com and we will instruct you about the return and refund process.

4. How do I wash my product?

For the best care of our clothing products, we advise using a washing machine with a lower temperature setting. This not only safeguards the garment but also helps the environment.

5. I received my item damaged, what now?

Rest assured, instances of products arriving damaged are extremely rare, thanks to our rigorous quality control measures conducted by our trained warehouse staff prior to shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost by resending the item to your address. Please send us a photo of the damage by contacting our customer service team.
