Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Shipping Costs

  • All deliveries to the US cost $6.99 USD. Free shipping for all orders over $200 USD.
  • All deliveries to Canada cost $8.99 CAD. Free shipping for all orders over $260 CAD.

Shipping Range

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within the USA and Canada.
  • Future Expansion: We are considering expanding our delivery areas.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5pm Eastern Daylight Time zone (GMT-05.00) New York will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
  • No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Every wallpaper is custom-produced after your order is confirmed. Once your payment is received, your panels enter the production queue.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (Noon) EST on business days. Orders placed after this time begin production the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

All timeframes are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday). Actual delivery may vary due to carrier capacity, international customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
