For the best care of our clothing products, we advise using a washing machine with a lower temperature setting. This not only safeguards the garment but also helps the environment.
Rest assured, instances of products arriving damaged are extremely rare, thanks to our rigorous quality control measures conducted by our trained warehouse staff prior to shipping. However, should such an unlikely event occur, please send us a photo of the damage by getting in contact with our support staff. Simply send an e-mail to support@romerepublic.com. We will promptly dispatch a replacement at no extra cost, prioritizing your shipment.
