After your order has entered our system, we prepare the order internally and forward the address information to our shipping carrier.

Cancellation Requests

All new orders in our system enter a flow of business automation making us - romerepublic.com - unable to stop the order from being processed, picked & packed, and sent out.

Each cancellation request must therefore wait until the customer receives the item. If the customer decides to not keep the item and send it back instead, the standard refund and return terms as described below apply.
